Shipping Information:

Shipping & Delivery We ship within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time as noted on the product page in the availability section. We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.

On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

You can return most new and *unopened* items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.* Items must be returned in new or unused, unopened condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. Open items that are non-defective are subject to 10% restock fee. If the return is a result of our error in shipping on our part, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If you are dissatisfied with the item, or purchased the item in error, you are responsible for the costs related to returning to item to us. If the product is defective or damaged, please email us requesting and RMA (return merchandise authorization).
